Celebrate the changing season with a morning of creative, sustainable floristry inspired by the wonderfully wild beauty of the autumn hedgerow.

Working with a generous selection of seasonal flowers and foliage alongside berries, branches, seed heads, grasses and some gloriously unruly hedgerow and garden materials, you’ll create a natural, vegetative-style autumn design full of movement, texture and character.

Throughout the morning, I’ll guide you through the design process, looking at colour, texture, proportion and composition and, importantly, how to work with the natural shapes and movement of your materials.

As always, we’ll be using sustainable mechanics and techniques that you can use again at home.

There are no prescribed ingredients or identical finished arrangements. You’ll have a wonderful selection of materials to choose from and will be encouraged to create a design that reflects your own style, with plenty of individual tuition and guidance along the way.

No previous floristry experience is necessary. Whether you’re completely new to floristry or already have some experience, this is a chance to spend a relaxed autumn morning getting creative. 

All flowers and materials are included, along with tea, coffee and cake.
