There is something special about autumn. The soft light, rich colours, seed heads, berries, fruit and the beautifully textured foliage. It’s a season that invites us to slow down, gather together and celebrate nature’s abundance.
Flourish: Autumn Abundance, is a full-day floral gathering created for anyone who loves flowers, nature, creativity and the changing seasons.
Set amongst the beautiful gardens of Hidden Huntley, you’ll spend the day creating with glorious seasonal flowers, enjoying delicious food and sharing time with like-minded people in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Whether you’re a florist looking for seasonal inspiration or someone who simply loves flowers, you’ll find a warm welcome at Flourish.
Our Day Together:
We’ll begin the morning with coffee, pastries and a warm welcome before taking a gentle stroll through the gardens to soak up the colours, textures and character of Hidden Huntley in early autumn. Inspired by the season and our surroundings, we’ll work together to create a spectacular autumn table-scape in the beautiful Hay Shed using an abundant selection of seasonal flowers, foliage, fruit and natural materials.
This stunning design will become the heart of Flourish, where we’ll later gather to enjoy lunch, conversation and a chance to slow down and appreciate everything we’ve created together.
During the afternoon we’ll move to The Greenhouse, where each participant will create their own floral design before bringing every piece together to form Flourish’s signature autumn installation.
Working with beautiful seasonal flowers and sustainable floristry techniques, we’ll transform the space into an abundant celebration of autumn, amongst the gardens of Hidden Huntley.
Throughout the day there will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions, refine your techniques, enjoy time with fellow flower lovers and simply immerse yourself in the joy of creating with flowers.
