1. Payment

1.1 Full payment of single classes must be received at time of booking.

1.2 Your place will be confirmed when the full payment has been made.

           

2. Cancellations By You

2.1 As a small business we have a strict no-refund policy on Class places and deposits. This includes cancellations due to illness, travel, personal or professional reasons. At our discretion and if circumstances allow, we may be able to offer attendees transferal to an alternative Class. We are happy for you to arrange someone else to come in your place.

2.2 Cancellations must be made in writing to flowerschool@hood.consulting

3. Cancellations By Us

3.1 If we cancel your class within one week of the scheduled date due to illness, professional or personal reasons you will be entitled to a full refund or rescheduled dates if preferred.

3.2 We will not be held liable for any losses (including, but not limited to, travel and accommodation arrangements) because of any modification or cancellation of Classes beyond the Class fee.
